While in retreat, I have no source of income, but I have been extremely fortunate to enjoy the circumstances in which I have been capable of supporting myself until now. In the near future, however,  I will be entirely dependent on the kindness and generosity of others to be able to devote myself to retreat.

Mientras estoy en retiro no tengo ninguna fuente de ingresos. Aunque he  tenido la buena fortuna  de  poder  costear mis gastos hasta ahora,  en el futuro cercano  dependeré enteramente de la bondad y generosidad de otros para poder continuar en retiro.
